Individual Therapy
​​In therapy, I work with my clients collaboratively to develop a deeper understanding of their difficulties, and to explore pathways to change that feels meaningful to them.
​
In terms of my approach, I predominantly draw on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). However, I tend to work integratively. This means that I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring them to fit each clients specific difficulties and therapeutic goals. I aim to create a compassionate and safe space for clients to work through their difficulties at their own pace.
